Q1:I am interested in some tents,How do I get more info including prices ,company and products information?

Q2:How will I know what tent size to buy?

We have a variety of sizes for different types tents.

First please tell our sales what type you need, if you are unsure about this, ask free suggestions from them. our sales are experienced in calculating the size of tent you need based on the numbers of guests you are expecting as well as what you’d like to have covered by the tent. We will also create a CAD diagram for your tents or floor plan to help you visualize or make modifications before ordering or production.

A great rule of thumb to go by, A 60inch round tables seats 8 or 10 people and requires 10 square feet (with enough space for people to move around)

Anyway how to decide the tent size depends on the type of event you are planning.

The rule of thumb is 8-10 square feet/person for a stand up cocktail party or buffet events

For a sit down party you will need about 12-15 square feet/person.

This does not include space needed for dance floors or banquet tables, catering tables. music equipment etc.

Q3:I am ready to buy your tents ,How do I go about placing my order ?

If everything is specified, we will email you a contact that requires you a 30% deposit.

When you transfer the deposit to us, Please send us your payment of receipt for our checking.

Only when the money reach us, the contract comes into effect and we will arrange the production A.S.A.P

Q4:How do you handle the payment ?

Usually For large amount order ,30% as a deposit before production and the balance shall be completely cleared after the buyer check the quality before delivery (Or customer pick up).For small amount order ,we advise the buyer pay 100% prepayment before production as it can save bank transfer services fee for both sides. We accept payment by cash in RMB or USD or bank transfer or Western Union.  Paypal  is not available for the moment .

Q5:In case of emergency–How do I contact someone outside of business hours?

All of our sales staff offer 24 hours answering services .If they don’t check and reply your email in time ,don‘t hesitate to call their cell number or leave a message on wechat or whatsapp or skype so that they can call you back and promptly help put out the fire

Q6:What is a differece between a tent and a canopy ?

The sidewalls ! A canopy is technically just the roof of a tent.All of our events canopy have the option to include the sidewalls .
